So for a couple weeks now I have been parading my family's quirks out for my own self satisfaction and more importantly your amusement, but now P wants me to tell you guys a few things...

First of all, P says a lot of my posts make it look like they are nuts and I put up with them.... those of you who know me know this is absurd! Either way he wanted me to tell you guys a few choice stories I hadn't shared yet...

Like about the time the dog did #2 in the back of the mini-van while we were on a day trip and I said "excuse me" thinking I had created the smell.... they all love to laugh at that one still...

Or the time I slipped on some ice in a restaurant parking lot and in an attempt to catch my balance started to run forward in a bent over position. If P had not grabbed the hem of my coat at the LAST second, I would have burst through the doors of that restaurant like a battering ram. (I did give those with a window seat quite a show though!)

Or about the time I was sitting in an old camp chair (You know the kind... $10 ones that fold like a bulky umbrella) that had a rip in it... I assured P, I was fine, I'd been sitting in that chair all summer at soccer games and track meets and the hole hadn't grown one inch... I didn't have the word inch out before it gave way and I was sitting on the ground with my legs in the air in the aluminum camp chair's death grip. They were all laughing so hard they were literally rolling on the floor and I had to fling myself over sideways to free myself...

Or about the time I lost my sunglasses, drove all over town searching every place I'd been that day to no avail. I finally gave up and went to Target, tried on about 50 pairs in their mirror, found a pair that would do, only to have the cashier point out that mine were on my head...

You get the idea... as I spin an occasional funny yarn at their expense... I have a million more stories like the ones above to share (I really wish that were an exageration)... and P will keep reminding me to share them!

Thanks for reading and not laughing too hard at me.... right?

PS..A few weeks ago one of the blogs I visited put me onto swagbucks... what is it you ask? It is a browser like google or ask or yahoo but the difference is swagbucks PAYS you to use it! You earn these things called well, swagbucks for searching online just like you'd normally do. After awhile they start to add up and you can exchange them for products and/or gift cards. This is by no means a get rich quick plan, in fact I'd call it a get a little slowly plan, but I have read several blog where people have used it to buy their Christmas presents and I think that is a great idea. Anyhow if you are interested you can click here or on the widget below and look into it. I will let you know from time to time how it's working.
