    Oh my gosh! I did that to my neck/shoulder too!!! I don't even remember how but it wasn't being all athletic or doing manual labor that's for sure. Ha. It hurts!
    Prayers for you so all things go smooth next week! I'm sure it will! And if it doesn't I bet the kids will love you for the chaos. :).
