  1. Praying for you. My Mom just went through Thyroid cancer. I know what you mean by scared. I was scared but mostly numb and in utter denial.

  4. I'm sorry that you and your family have to go through this. Please remember that cancer today is not like cancer 20 years ago...it's no longer an immediately life threatening thing to have. It is scary for all involved though and is very stressful...I'll be praying for healing for your mom and comfort for you.

  6. Precious Rebecca, I will pray for your mom and for you, today at 4:00 p.m. in the prayer room while my daughter is at piano lessons. Seems like our lives coincide with similarities at several times. I had a conversation with my mom this weekend too. I love you dear sister. Blessings and Grace to you.

  10. I pray that God will give you wisdom, peace and fierce bravery for whatever lies ahead. I know... I KNOW his grace is sufficient. Over the last 5 years, I've learned to not allow myself to speculate about a year from now, a month, or even weeks into the future. Sometimes you just put one foot in front of the other and move forward... pause, and do it again. I'm praying for you. Soli Deo Gloria
