The LORD is good, A stronghold in the day of trouble; And He knows those who trust in Him. Nahum 1:7
ReplyDeleteFor what it's worth, I do know what you're dealing with having recently gone through a very similar situation. I'm not exactly out of it either. I'm currently enjoying a brief respite, though.
You all are still in my prayers. May God be glorified in and through this situation; may it have a sanctifying effect on you, and your family; may you be comforted and filled with the peace that passes all understanding.
*hug* I know how difficult the decision process can be, I just posted some ramblings about my journey right now, myself. Just remember the One who brings peace! A wise friend reminded me yesterday that whatever decision we chose, God does not sit and say "NOOOOO why did she do that!? I cannot over come that!!!" But instead He will use circumstances according to His plan, regardless of what we decide because He is infinitely more powerful and holds infinitely more weight than our decisions do! That brought me much comfort!
ReplyDeleteI don't think you've been self-centered. The blog world opens up a whole new meaning to the community of believers. PLEASE always feel free to share your burdens. Always praying...
ReplyDeletePraying that your decision will come easier.
