    Don't be so hard on yourself. Your body probably needed some recovery time. And knowing how busy you will be for the next few weeks, that little break was probably very necessary.

    I've decided to ease up on the birthday thing next year since this year I planned a big deal and my child started vomiting at 3 a.m. the night before:( A cake and whatever she wanted for dinner sounds pretty good to me!
