A Prom Peek...

Saturday, April 3, 2010

It was a huge success...
(If you ignore the fact most of the decorations fell down just before we opened the door...
Long story I'll bore you with later!)
I am totally wiped out, but I wanted to give y'all a peek...

This was the picture I made the Girlies pose for...
This one was for Momma...
Rose Zepeda Photography

The rest of these are pictures taken by some of the kids that came...
I didn't take the time to edit these...

Please note...

these are...

all...

unsocialized...

maladjusted...

weirdo...

homeschoolers...

How will they survive the "real" world?

I love these kids... they are amazing...
Each and every one of them...
To see them all dressed up... smiling... dancing...
I hope they had fun, because it was truly one of the best nights of my life...
I am glad my team of dedicated hard workers and I could do this for them!

Thanks for listening,

  2. Love, love, LOVE these photos! I admire that you are homeschooled--and I get so annoyed when people just "assume" that homeschoolers are unsocialized, etc...are they serious?

I can't wait to hear all about it--it brought back memories of being a teen again :)

    xoxo honey.

  5. This is so wonderful! I'm glad that your "maladjusted" children could enjoy a night of "normal" for once...HAHAHA! But, honestly, this is going to be a great memory for those kids and they are lucky to have someone like you willing to put in the time to make it happen!

  6. Ela had a fantastic time! What a blast. Personally I think it was better than any ps dances I have heard about lately! Everyone looked lovely in their dress up clothes! :) Thank you to all who helped, & especially to you Rebecca... you out did yourself! I am thrilled my daughter was able to participate in this lifetime memory. I think we ought to have one every year from now on. yeah and they say home school kids are socially inadequate! haha. AMAZING, Absolutely wonderful event. Love you, Hugs!
